I’m Judy K. Herman, LPC-MHSP who evolved from psychotherapist to professional speaker. One of my biggest passions is facilitating transformation through international retreats. My work with healers, leaders & seekers fills a gap that traditional therapy cannot. The quarterly local retreats are added support making your better life a reality.
My C.A.L.M.™ After the Storm methodology is a foundational pathway for lasting change. It’s based on over 40 years of psychological wisdom and spiritual insights. This framework supports the mission of Relationship Wellness, LLC which is to bring clarity, connection and authenticity to every part of life.
In essence, the team and I are on a mission to bring dignity, love, and respect back into the heart of relationships: not just romantic or life-long relationships. But relationship with others, self, health, emotional well-being, and money.
