Big Man U is an athlete development and mentorship company built to develop the next generation of offensive and defensive linemen.

Founded by former NFL offensive lineman McClendon Curtis, Big Man U combines high-level football training with mentorship, discipline, accountability, and personal development.

We specialize in offensive and defensive line development, focusing on footwork, technique, hand placement, leverage, pass protection, run blocking, pass rush, agility, conditioning, and football IQ. Our training is designed for athletes at every stage from youth players learning the fundamentals to high school and college athletes preparing for the next level.

What separates Big Man U is that we develop more than athletes we develop young men & women. Through individual training, group sessions, camps, clinics, Work Days, and mentorship, we create an environment where athletes can compete, build confidence, learn from one another, and become better leaders.
